➡ Since when have you been with the company and what has your professional career within the group been like so far?
Since January 1, 2016, I have been part of the company and started my professional career as a Sales Manager at WOLF. Over the years, I have been able to expand my skills and have been working as the Sales Director for Europe at TPG since 2020.

➡ What motivates you in your work?
I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to be involved in interesting customer projects. It fascinates me to follow market developments and collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions.

➡ How would you describe the atmosphere within the team?
I would describe the team atmosphere as open and supportive. Diversity allows us to bring different perspectives and find solutions together. The constructive exchange is encouraged by the openness within the team, while the supportive atmosphere creates a positive working environment.

➡ What do you enjoy doing in your free time to balance your personal life and career?
As a North German, I enjoy spending time by the sea, which is an ideal way for me to relax. Additionally, I love attending rock concerts and festivals, which aligns with my passion for music. Short vacations and city trips are also essential. Lastly, celebrating with friends is an important social component for me.
